The Founder
The practice is built on three decades of direct advisory work inside the Indian finance system. RBI-regulated environments, SEBI-governed capital markets, FEMA-framed cross-border structures, and the private credit and trade finance markets that sit alongside all of them.
The work has spanned structured finance, trade finance, private credit facilitation, cross-border capital structuring, and financial advisory for promoter-led Indian businesses. It has been conducted personally, at the transaction level, without a team between the principal and the client.
This practice was incorporated in 2016 to give that work a formal home. The name reflected what the practice had always been: the initials of the principal, the word that describes the discipline, the address that describes the commitment.
This practice is not an NBFC. It has never lent funds, accepted deposits, or taken positions in client transactions. Every engagement has been advisory and fee-based. This is not a regulatory disclosure. It is a description of how the practice has always operated. The absence of conflict of interest is structural, not incidental.
The Principle
The practice has operated on one consistent principle across three decades: structure before capital. Most capital problems presented to this practice have turned out, on examination, to be structure problems. Most failed funding processes have failed not because capital was unavailable but because the business was not structurally prepared to receive it.
That insight, accumulated over three decades of watching capital conversations succeed and fail, is what this practice has offered its clients. It is not a product. It is a perspective, earned through proximity and time.
