The Practice

This practice was incorporated in Mumbai in 2016 to give formal expression to work that had been done informally for decades. What preceded the incorporation was three decades of direct advisory work inside the Indian finance system: RBI-regulated environments, SEBI-governed capital markets, FEMA-framed cross-border structures, and the private credit and trade finance markets that sit alongside all of them.

Every engagement has been advisory and fee-based. Every mandate has been handled personally, at the transaction level, without a team between the principal and the client. That is not a claim about scale. It is a description of how the practice has always worked.
